A breif run down of how purchasing from us works:
If you would like a gift certificate to reserve or purchase one of the available hedgehogs, review our policies and complete the prospective owner form (the link is at the top of the Available Hedgehogs page) prior to submitting any deposit or payment. Once you receive your approval email, please call to check the availability of the hedgehog you are interested in. Then you can submit deposit or payment and a gift certificate for the hedgehog you have selected will be mailed to you. The deposit is $50 + $2 Paypal fee. The deposit will go toward the cost of your hedgie. Balance is due on or by the ready on date. 7-10 days prior to the ready on date, you will receive a reminder email with balance and pick up information. If you prefer to pay the balance through Paypal or Square please let us know. 3% payment processing fee applies. All deposits and payments made are nonrefundable. Pick ups appointments should be made a week ahead of the ready on date. Appointments can be scheduled most days based on our availability between the hours of noon to 6pm. Please remember, ready on dates are an estimate and occasionally may need to be adjusted. At pick up you will need to bring drivers license or equivalent photo id, any balance owed, and the gift certificate you have received by mail. You will be required to sign the prospective buyer agreement, USDA paperwork as proof of transfer of ownership, and authorization sheet for any payments made through Paypal and Square. Cages kits and accessories are available on our supplies page. These items require preorder. If ordering additional accessories or cage kits, please do so 7-10 days in advance.
